We at undisputed have always thought sportswear should be exceedingly durable, make you feel confident and comfortable and should be affordable and help you achieve your objectives while also making you look good in the public eye.
It all started back in 2015 when our founder Damien struggled too find affordable sportswear that was of high durability. He was a gifted.
intelligent, and charismatic young man who had exceptional sporting talent. What held him back at his early teens was the fact he wasn’t financially secure. Damien was in secondary school at the time and was on the Soccer, Gaelic, basketball and hurling team. He also took on boxing outside of school. Damien was brilliant academically and wanted to make his sports form just as good but unfortunately he couldnt. This was because the sportswear he had at the time was not of a high enough standard. He couldn’t afford good quality football boots. His football boots that he used were giving to him by his dad who used them back in his days of playing and they were quite old fashioned and a little bit too big. the studs on the football boots were worn down. Whenever Damien wore them he wouldn’t have good grip on the field and would often slip. Therefore his performances in soccer, hurling and Gaelic were lacklustre.
The boxing gloves that Damien used for his fights were bought from a friend of his who gave up boxing. The gloves were bought for a cheap fee. They had poor padding, which absorbed too much energy, weakening his punches during his fights. Because of this, he wasn’t a great boxer, he’d often lose fights or narrowly win them.

Safe to say Damien wasnt great at the sports he was involved in. Hes football boots were a bit too big with the studs worn out and causing him to often slip on the field. And he’s boxing gloves had awful padding that absorbed too much energy, which made he’s punches weaker. Him and his family’s financial situation wasnt the best. He had to make do with what he had. During all this hardship, in his mind, he always wondered, what if one day I can set up an organization that makes high quality sportswear and equipment. He didnt what was was happening to him to happen to anyone else. 5 years later, in 2021 Damien had just completed he’s leaving cert. Although he was good academically he didnt want to go to university. He wanted to set up hes sports business and in order to do that he needed a large sum of money to start it off. He got a fulltime job as a bartender straight away through the help of his very good friend Mike who also worked at the same bar and hes dad was general manager of the bar. Therefore, it was relatively easy for Damien to get the job. Damien made an astronomical amount of money, in the two
years he was working at that bar. He had great aura and charisma about him which lead to him getting extremely good tips from customers. 

Damien was big into the lotto and later decided to take part in it and luckily enough, after his first attempt he won it and earned five million euros. With this money on top of the money he made from working in the bar. He was finally able to make he’s dream come true. Damien’s all-time favourite movie is a boxing film called “Undisputed.. It was a movie he cherished deeply, one he watched
time and time again with the exact same sense of admiration and joy. One night he was up , sitting down on his desk thinking about what hes gonna name his sports buissness. He spent hours thinking, but later gave up thinking for the night and decided to go to bed. Just before going to bed, he decided to quickly re-watch his favorite scene from the movie on Youtube. After he watched it, he looked down at
the title of the video witch read “Monroe vs Chambers – Undisputed, and all of a sudden had a lightbulb moment! A new name had been added to his list of options and not long after that, became his number one option. Damien decided to name his new up and coming organization “Undisputed, And went to sleep happily that night. He woke up the next day and drew up his logo. He decided it was gonna be the word undisputed with a crown on top. The crown would convey prestige and authority. You see” Damien was convinced that one day hes sportswear business would reign supreme over all other sportswear companies around the world. 3 months later, he employed
the finest tailors across Ireland and had them get to work on some of he’s idea’s. quality football boots and quality boxing gloves, the two
items he lacked as a young athlete, were the things that he prioritised making first.

The 22nd of June 2023 was a monumental day for Damien , It was a day of pure joy, the day Undisputed was born. Undisputed was not messing around. We launched our first product on day one.. Top tier football boots , that we decided to name Dominions’s . We opted for
this name for two simple reasons. It echoes our founder Damien’s name and it emphasizes control. Control is what Damien lacked when he got his first pair of football boots from hid dad. The studs of the boots were worn down which made him slip often.He never had a great deal of control. Damien didnt want anyone to go through what he went through, therefore Dominions were made. He had footwear designers craft the Dominions and really had them focus on the studs, making them extremely durable and making sure the studs can never get worn down. It was also important to obviously make them look good and put them at a great price for our beloved customers around the globe. At 59.99, The Dominions were ready to go on day one of Undisputed! A Week had passed and over 200 pairs were sold. We knew we were  killing it! 

However, there was more to come from this fine organization. Fast forward a month later and we’ve released top tier boxing gloves. The padding on these gloves were well reinforced, and didn’t absorb much energy at all, delivering devastating strikes. We choose the name striker because of this. Damien owned boxing gloves that had poor padding which weokned his punches during fights when he was younger. He didnt want anyone to go through what he went through.
